Wonderful staff, wonderful hotel, beautiful view.
The hotel staff were extremely friendly, attentive and willing to help with anything that we needed. Everyone from the front desk people to the landscaping folks great you each and every time they see you. The facility is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and has an awesome view of the South China Sea (west side of Okinawa) from pretty much any room you stay in. The pools look very nice and clean as well.
The location is a little bit out of the way from the main attractions of the island but that is fine if you want a slightly remote place to stay. There is no turn from the main road into the hotel. You either have to drive a little out of the way through the small town and up a hill through a residential area to get on the south bound lane or you have to manage a small narrow road for a half kilometer with barrier markers on either side of the road to get to a crossing of the main road. No dedicated beach for the hotel.

Excellent hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms, and a wonderful staff .... main road is noisy.
The rooms were very spacious with plenty of room for us to relax, whether sleeping, sitting on the couch, or enjoying the view from the balcony. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast buffet was delicious with many options to not have to eat the same thing every day during out 5 day stay. The evening music around the pool just outside the lobby was a nice addition to the already beautiful sunset view.
The busy road just in front of the hotel is the only thing keeping this from being a perfect 10! The road could get quite noisy and was hard to filter out when trying to sit on the balcony and enjoy the early morning or late evening views of teh ocean.
